Frequently asked questions
How much does a full renovation cost in Sabadell?
It depends on size and finish level. As a guide, a standard full renovation usually starts at €400-600/m². We prepare a free itemised quote after the technical visit.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A complete bathroom renovation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on scope: demolition, plumbing and electrics, tiling, fixtures and finishes.
Can I live at home during the works?
For most partial renovations, yes, with some planning. For full renovations a temporary alternative is usually more comfortable. We explain it during the visit.
What does a full renovation include?
Demolition, masonry, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting, kitchen, bathrooms and final cleaning. All coordinated by a single team.
Do I need permits to renovate?
For interior renovations that don't affect the structure, a notice to the town hall is usually enough. We advise you on the permits needed in Sabadell, Barcelona, Terrassa and Mataró.
What warranty do the materials have?
We work with first-quality materials with manufacturer's warranty. We also review every finish with you before final handover.
