Finishes, cleaning and final review with you.
We walk through every room together before closing. If something isn't right, we fix it.

Does the technical visit cost anything?
No. The visit is free and without obligation in Sabadell, Barcelona, Terrassa, Mataró and surroundings.
How long does the quote take?
After the visit, you receive the itemised quote within 3-5 working days.
Who coordinates the different trades?
Junior personally coordinates the whole team: masonry, plumbing, electrics and carpentry. A single point of contact.
How is the renovation paid?
We accept bank transfer, cash and card or Bizum. Payments are staggered according to work progress, never everything upfront.
